Who are we?

Safello Labs consist of team members from Safello. The first report was authored by Frank Schuil, co-founder & Chairman and Tomy Reguig, Data Analyst. Frank is a serial entrepreneur with 17+ years of experience running B2B and B2C companies. As CEO of Safello he grew the company to the market leading cryptocurrency exchange in the Nordics with over 400K users. In 2021 he led the company’s IPO to Nasdaq First North and in 2023 he stepped down as CEO to take on the role of Chairman. Tomy joined Safello in early 2024, where he leads quantitative research initiatives focused on cryptocurrency market dynamics and digital asset valuation models. He brings extensive experience from a data science position at a Nordic challenger bank and as a quantitative researcher at Bank of America where he developed liquidity models.
