Fees
Below are the fees charged by Safello in relation to the services.
Please note that Safello applies minimum transaction amounts. Orders below such amounts will not be processed.
- The minimum amount for buy orders is 350 SEK
- The minimum amount for sell orders is 200 SEK
- The minimum amount for transferring crypto-assets from Safello Wallet to an external wallet is displayed when you initiate a transfer of the selected crypto asset
- The minimum amount for a Swap order, i.e. the exchange of one crypto-asset for another, is displayed when you initiate a Swap order for the selected trading pair
- The minimum amount for an order within the orderbook (market order, limit order, stop loss or take profit) is displayed when you initiate an order for the selected trading pair
Note: Please note that the exchange rate for buy and sell orders always includes a spread — this applies even during fee campaigns where the transaction fee is reduced.
Fees when buying or selling crypto-assets against payment in SEK/EUR
Trading fee
The trading fee for buying stablecoins (USDC) is 0.49 %.
Crypto-assets follows a volume-based structure. Your trading fee is based on your trading volume on an aggregated basis on a rolling 12-month period as set forth below.

The minimum trading fee is always 49 SEK for buy and sell orders.
Spread
The exchange rate for buy-and sell orders includes a spread, which covers e.g. Safello’s costs for FX and fees to liquidity providers.
The exchange rate at which an order is executed is decided when the order has been executed with the relevant liquidity provider. When preparing an order, an estimated exchange rate is presented, i.e. an estimated amount of crypto-assets or fiat to be received by you after execution of the order. This estimated exchange rate reflects the best real-time exchange rate available for Safello, including the additional spread, and therefore only serves as an estimated exchange rate for the order. The final exchange rate at which your order is actually carried out may therefore be higher or lower than the estimated exchange rate when the order was initiated. Auto-Save
Trading fee
For automatic purchases with Auto-Save the transaction fee is 0.49 %. The minimum transaction fee is 49 SEK.
Fees for Swapping (exchange of a crypto-asset to another crypto-asset)
Trading fee
A trading fee of 0.99 % of the transaction amount is applied when swapping one crypto-asset for another.

Spread

When you place a limit order or take profit order, the exchange rate at which an order is executed is the one which follows from your order instruction.
When you place a market order or stop loss order, the exchange rate at which an order is executed is decided when the order has been executed with the relevant liquidity provider. When preparing an order, an estimated exchange rate is presented, i.e. an estimated amount of crypto-assets to be received by you after execution of the order. This estimated exchange rate reflects the best real-time exchange rate available for Safello, and therefore only serves as an estimated exchange rate for the order. The withdrawal fee is presented to you when initiating the transaction and it will be deducted automatically from the transferred amount.
Other fees
Upon account closure, either at the customer's request or by Safello in accordance with our terms of use, an administrative fee may apply.
At the time of the account closure request, if the balance in the wallet is below the minimum threshold required to place a sell order and empty the account, the entire balance may be used as an administrative fee to complete the account closure.
